Stunner: InlineEditor Keyboard events are triggering shortcuts in VSCode

This implementation aims to replace a temporary fix introduced by the JIRA https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KOGITO-3504 for a definitive one.

While editing a node name in VSCode, kogito-tooling shortcuts are being triggered instance  when "?" is pressed.
DMN decision nodes frequently use an interrogation mark as the name of the decision. However, it's not working have anymore:

Actual: The shortcuts modal is triggered when Shift + ? is pressed.

Expected: "?" is inserted as part of the node name without triggering VSCode shortcuts.
