As a user I may want to use custom forms inside of the Task Console.

In order to help the user to meet this goal, Task Console will provide a CLI tool able to generate html files based on the kogito task json schemas, this forms will be stored in the kogito project as a resource. The generated form files will contain plain HTML + JS forms with patternfly styling, they will offer a JS api to allow the comunication with the runtime.

Runtime should provide a custom form addon that will expose an endpoint to access to the forms. Task Console will be using this endpoint to fetch the form, if no custom form exists for the task Task Console will rely on the default uniforms form renderer to generate a default form.
