This is a follow-up to KOGITO-2726. The kogito-bom extends the kogito-build-parent, which defines version properties of various dependencies and plugins. For example:

<version.org.junit>5.${version.org.junit.minor}</version.org.junit>

When a user imports the kogito-bom, his original dependencies versions might get overridden based on an order in which kogito-bom and other BOMs are defined.
