kogito-runtimes-jenkins-tests parent currently looks like this:

  <artifactId>kogito-build-parent</artifactId>
  <version>1.0.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
</parent>

It's missing the relativePath element as by default it expects kogito-build-parent to be in ../pom.xml, i.e. in the parent directory of the current project. However, kogito-build-parent is located in ../kogito-build-parent/pom.xml.
