We are looking to remove Infinispan, Keycloak and Kafka auto-provisioning from the operator. That means:
1. Remove OLM CSV dependency from other operators
2. Remove the KogitoInfra CR as it is today, we won't create Infinispan nor Kafka objects any more. Part of KOGITO-3039 to refactor KogitoInfra to something else.
3. Remove options in the KogitoService like `useInfra`
4. Update all examples and documentations that uses KogitoInfra
