Goals

• Use utils function from @kogito-apps/common OUIAUtils.
• Introduce OUIA attributes in Management Console package for Atom components.
• Fix any Snapshots linked to the change.

Non goals

• OUIA id attributes won't be assigned globally in places of the Component usage.
