The Idea is to have an GitHub bot to automate our daily tasks on our repository which are manual right now.

This bot for the initial stages will be responsible for the:

-> Ask for reviews based on the changed files in the PR.

-> Add labels based on the component it changed.

-> Trigger the pipeline if required.

Though this can be extended for many other purposes like not triggering the pipeline and requesting reviews or labels when a pull request is converted to a draft. No merge until the PR is rebased with the master and anything we might need to ease our tasks a bit.
