When user creates KogitoMgmtConsole in Kubernetes then the Kogito operator scales Management console to 0 in Deployment. Kogito operator log shows this warning:

The reason is that status field `externalURI` of Data index component is filled just in case Data index is deployed on OpenShift. This field is required for Management console to be able to connect to Data index.
