DMN endpoint for model introspection

Expose a REST GET endpoint which will return the DMN model represented by the codegen endpoint, by default without the DMN decision-logic.
This way, the decision-logic is not exposed to the outside world.
However the same format (DMN specification xml) can be used for model introspection: for example, understand which are the InputData, which are the Decisions (without the logic), etc. by using a standard common format.
