Create a visual editor in kogito-tooling-examples

Our current editor is a textarea to edit text files, which does not really translate into our binary editor model used in the BPMN, DMN and Test Scenario extensions.

The goal of this task is to provide as example an editor that is closer to what we deliver using kogito-tooling.
