[Guided Tour] Guided tour does not work as expected on fullscreen

      • Open online editor for first time
      • Guided tour should appear, if not, clear cookies
      • Start tour, then switch DMN editor to full screen mode

    Description

      When users open the guided tour component on fullscreen, the dialog does not appear as expected:

      Expected is the tour popup is next to the focused element. Basically same as in non full screen mode.

      Further more we should ensure no memory leak is happening https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-tooling/pull/182#issuecomment-646195028
