Add inputs for each dmn node in the tracing event

At the moment, the tracing event does not contain the inputs for each dmn node. This task is about
1) Evolve the tracing structure so that the information about the inputs of the dmn nodes are included in the event

2) Properly populate the event in the tracing addon.
