Quarkus master (and by that upcoming 0.22) has upgraded number of dependencies such as

• GraalVM
• reactive messaging

in addition to that some libraries are banned

• older version of xstream
• duplicated versions of reactive messaging as the artefact has been renamed

thus there is a need to upgrade the versions and renamed artefacts to work properly on quarkus master as the next version of quarkus will go out before kogito 0.4
