For now, snapshot artifacts are deployed to the JBoss nexus repository directly, without having run images & operator tests

Sadly, we cannot use the staging repository and its deletion cannot be done automatically...

We need to find a way to deploy the snapshot artifacts to a specific isolated repository to be used in images and operator build & testing and then use the runtimes promote stage to promote those artifacts to JBoss nexus repository if everything is fine.
