Scenario fails if model includes another one

The issue follows up after KOGITO-1553 where we brought back feature of included models into kogito world.

The issue is running scesim file for dmn model, that includes another one causes tests to fail.

• General Rules - new model
• Traffic Violations - extended exiting model (I am not sure if the Invocation expression should our shouldn't use prefix of the included model, however even if I remove it, the fails are same)
• TrafficViolationTest - existing test
• TrafficTest - new test
