Kogito services (Data index, Jobs service, KogitoRuntime) share large part of its CR, therefore they can be configured in Cucumber tests using similar approach.
Right now every component is responsible for parsing of its configuration table, which brings significant duplication.

Purpose of this JIRA is to unify configuration table parsing for common functionality and store it on shared place.
