KogitoRuntime tests brought by https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KOGITO-2087 always build Kogito application images. This task is time consuming, specially in case native application is built.

To speed up test execution the test framework should check first if such image already exists in registry. If the image exists then it is used and application build is skipped.
