The goal is to improve the performance, avoid locking during the execution and load balance the job execution, decoupling from the job scheduling.

Make job execution asynchronous using Kafka Events
Allow the execution to be distributed among running instances
Functionality should be like an Execution Queue
The states after execution should be handled, and this should be on the API, in the future using Quartz the internal job state should be updated on Quartz Model and on Job Service model.
