Remove old APIs from kogito-api, move nonpublic to kogito-internal, org.kie.api.* is legacy and must be only used for internal purposes.
- kogito-api does not depend on kogito-internal
- thus, we must remove any usages of org.kie.api that we still have in org.kie.kogito.*
