[Scesim Editor] Bottom scroll bar getting hide

      2. Drag edge of the bottom line of the editor
        Expected: horizontal scroll for editor is exist
        Actual: there is no scroll editor on the bottom of it

      With the 1.45 latest VSCode and current master Kogito Extention editor.
      If the user resize the editor window then the scrollbar moves away and it becomes to be impossible to scroll to the rightest/most left parts of the grid.
