This might happen often on PR checks due to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KOGITO-2183 and the cleanup (namespaces from previous day) won't be enough

File should be updated when namespaces are created/deleted
Or at least the file should contain all namespaces which have been created

File should be deleted if no interruption occured
