Currently these two tests are not really reliably testing the expected behaviour of labellers

• MetaDataWriterTest one does not make sense at all as it assumes that root file system will throw exception while the logic of the labeller always creates directories. Plus this test is platform dependent assuming Linux like file system.
• PersistenceProtoFilesLabeler one does count bytes which is rather fragile so testing round tripping looks more valid here
