In pkg/framework/controller_watcher.go when checking if the desired groups are available in the cluster only the group name gets matched, but the version is not.

This can lead to the behavior observed in this issue where an Ingress was one of the desired resources. In that scenario the networking.k8s.io group was matched, but only v1 was available, while v1beta1 was necessary.

This currently doesn't lead into any issues in Kogito Operator, but it could in the future.
