Milestone and Dynamic Nodes need to be functional in Kogito.

It is not possible to complete a Dynamic process.
EndNodeVisitors do not add the necessary code to notify MilestoneNodes
MilestoneNodes do not complete when the signal is received
DynamicNodes do not complete when finished
Milestone and Dynamic nodes rely on the Agenda which is no longer part of the KnowledgeRuntime
