To deploy Infinispan with a Kogito application, we should leverage from the Infinispan Operator: https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan-operator

In this task we should come up with a design idea/doc for how to combine them so users won't have to install the Infinispan as a dependency first:

1. Have the Infinispan Operator be a dependency of the Kogito in the OLM
2. Create a new CR for Kogito, e.g: KogitoPersistence
3. One KogitoPersistence per namespace (all services will use the same Infinispan cluster?)
4. Some options from Infinispan could be up to the user to decide?
5. The KogitoPersistence will add itself as a ownerReference to the Infinispan CR.
