Move docker image property definitions to parent pom

For the sake of centralized dependency management and reusability we should manage the docker containers we use in tests in the parent project.

For *-oidc-* examples `container.image.keycloak` property has been introduced. The definition should move to parent and be shared between the projects.

Any similar docker dependency should be handled the same way.
