VSCode Store Extension Release

Goals

Umbrella epic to group all tasks related to release of VS Code extensions on Red Hat VS Code store.

We will create the following VSCode distributions on https://github.com/kiegroup/kie-tooling-store

• DMN (DMN editor - and soon Scesim);
• BPMN (BPMN Editor);

All these extensions should be available on the RH Developers VSCode Store account (build it on github actions of kie-tooling-store repo and integrated with RH Developers CI).

Also, we should publish two identical bundles pointing for all the individual editor extensions:

• Kogito bundle, published on Kie Tooling VSCode Account
• Business Automation Bundle, published on Red Hat Developers Account.
