In kogito, export some system and domain specific metrics for the dmn endpoints (PoC in FAI-48).
Export some metrics on the decisions if the type is built-in (currently this is the only case we can work on, because during the code generation the dmn model is not loaded and compiled, so we just know if the output is a built in type).
