We have multiple service loader mechanism in Kogito:

ServiceDiscoveryImpl for kie.conf
ConfigGenerator for kogito.addon
Standard Java ServiceLoader for other classes
Other too

Some of them has been created for Osgi compatibility or just for historical reason so we can now review them in this new Kogito context
