The maximum default heap size for Java is 1/4 of available memory in container [1]. It means that if user specify pod limit to 1Gi then Kogito application can use up to 256 MB.

We should increase the default memory ratio to reduce memory waste. Also we should allow users to specify memory by themselves, possibly also other Java arguments.
