Would be nice if we have some sort of integration with the Events API, that's it sending events to the OpenShift monitoring dashboard, so users could follow important state changes when deploying/managing the Kogito Infrastructure.

Today users have to rely on the operator's log and that's not too much practical.

A nice wrapper Event API in the infrastructure package to handle events either for OpenShift and Kubernetes could be an implementation option.
