[DMN Designer] Open a DMN file with an included model - Included Models tab

As a user I want to be able to open a DMN model with an included model on Kogito and see the included models tab with includes models.

Since content api only supports VSCode for now, this JIRA enables included models only in VSCode.

Manual test

• Recreate scesim kogito example and run test KOGITO-2348
• Include multiple models
• Invoke from folder where no other module is present
• Ordering of available models
• Removing of included model question
• extend quarkus example with included model
