Follows up KOGITO-1193.
Having the ConfigMap mounted for the Kogito applications, would be better to have the operator to replace Infinispan and Kafka configuration directly in the ConfigMap instead of relying on Environment Variables.
The only properties that could remain on envs are the authentication ones that we would still use Secrets.
Those properties should be handled by the operator since they are linked with the CR directly.
