Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start VS code with kogito extension
2. Open any DMN model, regardless if it is existing one or newly created
3. Click the Documentation tab

Description

There is minor issue that DMN model Documentation Generated By and Generated From are always non defined. See the attached screenshot. We could probably hide those fields on kogito channels.
