[DMN Designer] Data Types: Save/cancel icons not visible when there are many constraints and RHS dock open

    Description

      There is a small issue in dmn data type editor. There is not visible save button of the properties panel is expanded.

      Spotted during KOGITO-841 review, however small chance it is related to changes there.
