Kogito Quick Starts User Tasks with securityRole missing from bpmn file

When creating a diagram from scratch and running the examples, there seems to be an issue, as the examples expect securityRole.

Had to do a work around to submit a PR to update the Diagram, but would be better if no changes to the code.
Had to update a Junit test, still the securityRole property should be saved in the XML
