Smoke tests: CRDs delete create problems on other projects

When launching the smoke tests, the CRDs are deleted and applied.
This does cause conflicts with projects already using those CRDS and make the operator in a failed status ...

We should just apply the new CRDS before launching the tests and apply the master ones after the tests are finished.
