Smoke tests: Cannot launch smoke tests after godog moved to cucumber

godog migrated from https://github.com/DATA-DOG/godog to https://github.com/cucumber/godog and released new 0.8.0 version.

To launch the smoke tests, we need to download the godog binary and this one conflicts with our actual go.mod in operator repository.

Need to migrate all to 0.8.0 with cucumber path
