SWF Editor - [Combined editor > Diagram editor] The scrollbars are kept in light mode

Despite of setting the dark theme to the combined editor the scrollbars presented on the canvas are kept in light mode.

Expected behavior:

• The scrollbars theme must follow current editor theme.
