As a developer, I want to be able to download a report in the shape of a collection of individual logs from the cluster workloads in a failed E2E run so that it can help me understand the cause of the failure. The report should contain ,at least, the logs from all current running containers when the report was generated and also from the last perished container, if any had restarted.

This information needs to be accessible as part of the CI/CD run as a downloadable artifact from the run's page in github.
