The quickstarts on https://github.com/jboss-container-images/rhpam-7-openshift-image/tree/7.13.x-next/quickstarts only have steps to deploy using the application templates, however the templates are deprecated and not covered by the official docs anymore.
We need to add the operator steps and deprecate the current steps using application templates.
