Move RHDM templates and quickstarts to RHPAM repository

      Migrate RHDM templates to the RHPAM repository and map drools environment variable to RHPAM related one.

      List of RHDM templates:

      • rhdm713-authoring-ha.yaml
      • rhdm713-authoring.yaml
      • rhdm713-kieserver.yaml
      • rhdm713-prod-immutable-kieserver-amq.yaml
      • rhdm713-prod-immutable-kieserver.yaml
      • rhdm713-trial-ephemeral.yaml

       

      Tasks that needs to be done as part of this change:

      • move RHDM application templates to RHPAM templates
        • update images references
        • update quickstarts location
        • update the application template checker to match the new labels. 
      • move RHDM quickstarts to RHPAM
      • Update RHPAM project's README.
      • Update operator references from rhdm to rhpam
        • update base images
        • update quickstart location
      • update the gen-template-adoc tool to reflect the changes
        • need to generate the the adoc files for all templates
        • need to update the docs/README.adoc with the rhdm templates
        • remove references to RHDM (clean up the script)?
      • Update RHDM README file with more information about the product unification.
        • Remove content migrated content from RHDM repository?
