When creating datasources with extra options on the URL that uses the special character '&' to append the properties, two problems happens:

Scenario 1: rhpam nonXA
- rhpam datasource gets configured correctly
- ejb_timer datasource is created but without url

Scenario 2: rhpam XA

rhpam datasource is not correctly configured:
