Description
Prepare the RHPAM and RHDM repositories for the next release, this task consists in:
- images
cut off 7.12.x branchupdate version on main branch -> 7.13.0create 7.13.0 and 7.12.1 labels
- operator
merge main branch on 7.12.x branchbump operator version to 7.12.1remove 7.11.1 config files from main branch.
