In RHDM/RHPAM 7.12.0 Cross Product Dependencies (link in epic) is specified to move Infinispan/RHJDG version to newer minor release 8.x.

Acceptance criteria:

• PR with update default version into RHPAM and RHDM templates
• PR with update default version to BA Operator
   

Need to wait for PM decision, otherwise no change needed.
