Adjust permissions on rhpam/dm-7-kieserver module

      Today, the installation script [1], perform a recursive permissions update under $JBOSS_HOME, this can take some while since there will be a lot of more files. The build time can be decreased if the permissions are updated only on the files changed by this script.

       

      In addition needs to move artifacts copying process to this module as well instead having this be handled by the jboss-kie-kieserver module:
