Update RHSSO EAP adatpers from 7.3.1 to 7.4.5

      In order to cross-product dependencies for 7.11 release is planned to upgrade EAP's RHSSO adapters to version 7.4.5.

      Currently, we are using the SSO adapters from jboss-eap-modules [1].

      As the 7.11 release will be certified against RHSSO 7.4.5, it is highly recommended to update the adapters as well.
