Application templates are deprecated by now.
But, we still have users on OCP 3.11 and OCP < 4.6.

Since operator for 7.10 will only work on ocp 4.6 or higher, users that still using older ocp version might not be able to use the operator, this the template is the easiest way to provide users the minimalist setup and a start point through a template for OCP.

The propsed template will expose all available configurations on Dashbuilder image.
