today, the smartrouter does not allows user to set extra properties to the JVM with the JAVA_OPTS_APPEND.
To fix it we'll need to manually handle it.

In addition the jvm sizing settings are not being applied since we need to execute the dynamic-resources.sh script thus import its cekit module.

the smartrouter image already contains the /opt/run-jata needed files, it just needs to get executed.
