Using rhpam73-authoring template, users can add SSH key via [Settings]->[SSH Keys] in business-central.

However, after pod reboot, the registered SSH keys no longer exist because they are not persisted (/home/jboss/.security/pkeys/).

So this JIRA requests to persist it by default.
